Why Invest in JZZ Technologies, Inc?

  • JZZ Technologies, Inc (JZZI) is an industry leader in 3D motion capture analysis software.
  • JZZI markets two products. E-Factor which is a non-camera based 6 degree of freedom motion capture system and Fit-Factor which is also a non-camera based system, however capturing motion in only 3DOF. JZZI holds the exclusive marketing rights to the intellectual property of these two products.
  • JZZ Technologies Inc (JZZI), was incorporated as Innovisionix Inc, Oct 2004, underwent a name change in March 2007. Upon its name change, recapitalization and new direction it immediately started selling licenses to clients across the country.
  • The addition of John D’Acquisto, former Major League pitcher, as a consultant to JZZI's management staff brings significant credibility to JZZI's baseball offering. Mr. D'Acquisto is working closely with MLB to make JZZI and their products and services the standard to which all new recruits are measured.
  • JZZI is currently working with the Ola Grimsby Institute to integrate its technology into their 2008 curriculum. The institute graduates approximately 2000 physical therapists annually. This will expose their students to JZZI's technology making it a necessity for their own practice.
  • EFI Sport Fit (EFISF), JZZ Technologies newest division is expected to generate 20-25% of 2008 revenues. Along with testing, EFISF will also be conducting camps and clinics specific to the facilities and organizations they are targeting. Initially EFISF has started operations in the Phoenix Metro area. Once the concept and structure is in place and defined, EFISF will begin looking to expand into neighboring states and cities. A key driver behind EFISF is the renewable monthly income provided by its semi-annual service contracts.
  • JZZI's goal for E-Factor is to achieve a .1% market penetration based on the total number of potential facilities (254,000) within the next five years. That equates to 250 licensees at approximately $30,000 per initial licensee or $7,500,000 in revenue with each licensee renewing their license at $1500 annually for another $375,000 annually. For Fit-Factor, JZZI is projecting 600 unit sales per year with an average ticket price of $10,000 which adds an additional $6,000,000 in annual revenue.
  • The potential for JZZI's product line is limitless. JZZI has not even scratched the surface in workplace injury prevention, geriatric rehabilitation, ergonomic environmental applications and sport fitness product validation studies.
