Strategically located in Guangzhou City of the People's Republic of China, Mobile Entertainment develops and markets the cell phone games to China Mobile Communications Corporation (NYSE: CHL) (“China Mobile”) and China United Telecommunications Corporation (NYSE: CHU) (“China Unicom”); and hence constitutes part of the digital premium content services of the largest 2.5G cell phone network in the globe.

Our game library includes primarily Massive Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Games (“MMORPG”) in one or all of the following versions: (a) WAP 2.0 games; (b) kJava games; and (c) SMS games. Different versions of our games vary in the game interactivity, speed of data transmission and navigation capacities.

We are already off to a strong start in 2008 by negotiating for a larger cut in revenue sharing with China Mobile, launching new games and migrating existing games to kJava version, which are relatively more advanced, powerful, capable, and user-friendly. The Company will also enhance its distribution capacity by building our own game portal site on the mobile Internet of China.
