NeXplore Corporation (NXPC) is developing a Web 2.0 search engine, supported by a variety of social networking portals and tools, which will enable users to personalize their Web experience and focus on better addressing their own unique needs, interests, and online pursuits.
The Company’s flagship offering, NeXplore Search (tm), features a visually engaging, user-friendly, multi-media interface that is easy to navigate and makes drill down obsolete. Advanced refinement tools, integrated with Wikipedia and personalization features, enable Internet users to make search results more relevant. Built-in universal search features allow users to explore videos, blogs, podcasts, photos, news, shopping sites and more. NeXplore Search (tm) makes finding information on the Internet easier, more personal, more efficient and fun.
In addition, NeXplore is developing MyCircle, an intelligent social networking interface that allows users to aggregate various Web-based applications. MyCircle users can access advanced features via their personalized account so that search results appear as a Java transparency instead of as text hyperlinks. As a result, users are able to navigate between the pages of their search results in real time, without loading and re-loading pages. NeXplore Corporation, Inc. was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Frisco, Texas.
NXPC is assembling a portfolio of popular web sites to help accelerate product launches and build its web audience. In February 2008, the Company announced the acquisitions of ClickCaster.com and CastLister.com. These popular websites provide easy-to-use tools for creating, publishing, tracking and subscribing to audio and video podcasts. Collectively, ClickCaster.com and CastLister.com have some 245,000 unique users and average more than 10 million hits per month.
