The primary business of Organic Alliance, Inc. is to source through arrangements with farmers, co-ops and other growers for various organic products. The Company can arrange for the sale of these products and also arrange futures positions with themselves and others and eventually develop an organic food brand in the US. The hallmark for our company is top quality, safe tested and certified organic at the source prior to shipment to our customers.

Why Invest in Organic Alliance, Inc.?

Growing market that is open to a new market leader:

Despite the fact the U.S. organic industry grew 21% to reach $17.7 billion in consumer sales in 2006 no one firm is positioned to take advantage of this large opportunity. The futures opportunity in this area is substantial with no one firm focused on capitalizing on this developing market. Reliable sourcing of top quality certified safe and certified organic ingredients with this dynamic growth is now a major problem for manufacturers.

Very strong management and board:

Tom Morrison, Chairman & CEO, former CEO of Superior Farming, one of the largest corporate farming concerns and in the 90's was the largest organic farming company in the world.

Jim Haworth, Director, He is currently CEO of Lotus Supercenters, the #3 discount store chain in China and the fastest growing retail market in the world. He was previously EVP with Wal-Mart in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Alicia Kriese, Director, is one of the top independent international marketing executives and her client's include Coles Group, the #2 retailer in Australia with a 30% plus share of all retail spending in the market.

Market penetration in place:

Organic Alliance, Inc. (OAI) has an alliance in Mexico for which final documents are in place. Furthermore OAI has been in discussions in Canada, South America, the U.S. and SE Asia including China for future development, which will begin producing revenues within the near term. Due to food safety and quality concerns and organic certification concerns the Company will also develop Food Safety/QC Control and Organic Certification Division in each country prior to shipment. This has already been established in Mexico. Excellence in this area will be our company's hallmark. No one is doing this at this time and to quote a buyer from Costco, it is a disaster. Business Strategy & Operating Segments Sourcing of goods for our large customers such as Lotus, Kroger, Safeway, Kraft, Sara Lee etc will also commence as we staff up. We have finalized an agreement with a Mexican/Canadian organic farming consortium who has shipping and organic certification in place. This group has been supplying both conventional and organic produce for the past 10 years. We have also finalized negotiations with a large packaged goods company to initiate organic trades for this company both stateside and internationally.

The Organic market is here to stay:

Due to the dramatic ramping up of organic products, and the reality that these are not just a fad, but rather a long term viable category of products, ingredient-sourcing departments of corporations are scrambling to keep up. Because of the restrictions placed on farming cultural practices in order to become truly "organic", there is a supply shortage which is forcing buyers to search literally worldwide for organic ingredients. Many produce suppliers in the U.S. are attempting to fill this gap, but it is fractionalized and, as a result, very frustrating for ingredient buyers to get a reliable, ongoing supply they can count on for product introductions. Worldwide demand for organic products is expected to continue to grow dramatically. Production is unlikely to meet demand for most products and is therefore causing major corporate logistics challenges. These challenges have created an opportunity for those entities that have secured sourcing for organic production. A Trading Company, like Organic Alliance, with reliable and certifiable sources of organic ingredient production can almost immediately enter the trading market and capture market share.

Amazing Physician Oversight:

OAI has formed OAI Medical Advisory Board made up of prominent physicians:

  • Dr. Harvey Snyder - Cardiologist
  • Dr. Lor Terzian - Oncology
  • Dr. Tom Klein - Adult and Pediatric Allergy Asthma and Clinical Immunology
