- Safeguard's subsidiary, SGI Protective Services, has entered into an agreement to provide security staffing services to Whitestone REIT in Dallas, Texas (www.whitestonereit.com). Houston-based Whitestone REIT is a self-managed REIT which owns and operates 35 retail, office and warehouse properties in the Southwest U.S.
- SGI Protective Services, has also entered into a two year contract to provide security services for Granite Properties in Dallas, Texas. Services that will be provided include security staffing services, and foot patrols, security concierge services and security surveys for several buildings in their new Granite Park complex located on the expanded Dallas North Tollway.
- Safeguard believe that there will be additional opportunities with Granite Properties as they continue to expand the corporate campus facility in Plano at Granite Park as well as other Granite owned and managed properties.
- Safeguard continues to build its book of business with quality clients that recognize best value practices for its clients.
- These contracts continue to enhance the Company’s presence in the marketplace and is synergistic with the overall business plan as Safeguard continues to expand services in Texas.
